... to feel boring lately. Is that a thing? I have just been so busy that I literally work, eat, sleep, and play with Emerson. I have nothing interesting really going on, therefore nothing to blog about. Unless you want a million pictures of Emerson, but I think only the grandmas want that.
... to have eaten a Panera Asiago cheese bagel every morning for the last 10 days. I have a special mug that is giving me free refills until November, but darnit! They are sneaking in a purchase every day.
... that I buy the same shirts in different colors. I like what I like, yo.
... to spend $40 on your TEN MONTH OLD's shoes and not bat an eyelash, but cringe when you spend $25 on your ow.
... that I also spent $35 on Em's Halloween costume, but have no intention of taking her Trick or Treating because it will probably be too cold and I'm not giving candy to a 10 month old.
... to have the sads that Jef and Emily broke up :( Womp womp. Another one bites the dust.
... to hope that this is the last season of How I Met Your Mother. It's just not funny anymore, but darnit I'm committed to knowing who the mother is.
... to want to go to DisneyWorld despite everyone telling me to wait until Em can "remember it." Who cares, I'll remember it :)
... to wear your socks inside out.
Happy Thursday!

THEY BROKE UP?? You mean I can have him now!???
ReplyDeleteSorry for screaming on your blog. I buy the same thing in multiple colors too. If it fits and I like it, I buy it!
Found a blog thing on pintrest (obviously) that did a review of what age is "appropriate" to bring your kid-they said doesn't matter when but would suggest after 1 since they should be able to recognize the characters. With that-I totally told my husband we're taking Colin next year!!
ReplyDeleteI am heading to Pinterest now to try and find it!! :) It's the proof I need!
DeleteI do the same thing with my shirts!
ReplyDeleteMy future sister in law and brother in law took their 1 yar old to Disney in August everyone said the same thing but they had a great time and the pictures are priceless. They also do haircuts there for muchkins!
ReplyDeleteI have to laugh. I have been to Jax Treehouse (on Sawmill) 3 times in the last 2 weeks. If you haven't been, it is magical. Anyway, As I was looking at her shoes tonight and contrasting them with my $15 chambray shirt from Target, I was thinking "Hey it's OK". I'm right there with ya. Once they start walking, you can't get them "cheap" shoes, right? I'm sad about Emily and Jef but didn't we see it coming? She was an idiot for not choosing Sean, who would have treated her like the diva she apparently is!
