Things I loved about this weekend

Catching up on some DVR'ed shows. (PSA: If you haven't discovered it already, Happy Endings  is one of the funniest shows on TV, which is convenient because it comes on right after THE funniest show on TV, Modern Family)

This character, Penny, is the epitome of awkwardness... and she reminds me so much of me

Feeling so happy that the adorable outfit Em wore to Lindsay's shower was WAY too big on her - proof that my little girl is still really little... even if she has legs as long as Gisele. But drat I forgot to take a picture with my camera - mommy fail! Hopefully one of the shower guests took one because she looked so sweet it gave me a toothache (Thank you, Clueless).

Holding Em over my shoulder in the middle of the night, right after eating, with my cheek on her cheek, and feeling my cheek move as she smiled in her sleep. It was one of those motherhood moments that I will never forget as long as I live.
