Gross. When I was 21, I got ...I bit my nails for 15 years. When I was 21, I got acrylic nails for just 2 weeks and since I couldn't bite them (well, not bite off), it helped me stop biting my real nails. I also just tried to think about how dirty my fingers/nails were and that I was constantly sticking them in my mouth.
